I am just now getting to wear Shake Your Shamrock from PPU’s July rewind 2023. The shimmer in it is ethereal, like it’s floating out above the polish. I think that the finer the particle, the more it does that. At least, that’s my theory! I applied three coats and then KBShimmer’s Clearly on Top topcoat for this mani.
