An irresistible glitter polish from Black Dahlia Lacquer.This is where Sinful Colors Hottie got left in the dust. Three gorgeous coats of periwinkle leaning royal blue saturated with iridescent and holo glitters.This is no longer available on their site, but the good news is they have a host of gorgeous polishes.Wore like a champ and was even more delightful in person.Thanks for reading my little nail polish journal!
