OPI: Charmed, I’m SureFuchsia purple shimmer “Charmed, I’m Sure” is from OPI’s holiday 2022 collection “Jewel Be Bold”. The colour of “Charmed, I’m Sure” is gorgeous but the formula is so tricky. It’s
patchy and not easy to apply. It’s sheer as well. Not a winner formula-wise. I
used three coats for my nails. The drying time is average. I applied a bit of glitter by the base of my nails. The glitter is CND Creative
